Bassel grew up in Montreal Canada, where he built successful career in Sales and in different verticals. This diverse background has shaped his well-honed sense of service and understanding of customer value.
In 2013 Bassel took a significant step to develop his skills and moved to the Doha to begin a new career in the fast-moving property market.
Thanks to his passion, dedication and exemplary work ethic, he quickly moved up to become Director of Sales and Leasing.

Imelda started her career in Accounting field in the year 1990 in Philippines. After
serving in different industries, she decided to explore in Real Estate Industry by
joining Asteco Real Estate in 2013. After a year she became a part of
Betterhomes family in 2014 as Property Administrator. Over the years she
gained vast knowledge in the Real Estate industry. Now she manages the Pearl
Branch.

Lakmal Jayamanna
Finance Department
Lakmal started his career as an Auditor in KPMG in Sri Lanka, and explored the field of finance in Qatar for 4 years. In 2020 he joined the Betterhomes family as a Junior Accountant.
He has successfully completed more than 6 years in this industry, and accumulated lots of valuable experience.
Having 18 years in the field of customer service, Arnel started his career in the same field way
back in his home country, the Philippines and has spent the same type service offering with DHL
Qatar upon moving to Doha. He has been an integral part of the establishment and
improvement of the Customer Service Department of UDC for 7 years, where strong
background on Property Management and Facility Maintenance has been further added to his
belt. He joined SNC Lavalin where in depth FM, Health and Safety, and customer service was
exemplified in leading teams in the world’s first sustainable downtown regeneration project.
Arnel then joined Betterhomes and brought his expertise in Property and Facilities
Management.He believes in customer focus approach, thereby enabling him to provide
premium service to all clients.

Since the beginning of her career in Qatar, Milena has been in the Marketing field working with high-end companies like BMW and Harley-Davidson since 2010. Moving into the Real Estate market in 2020 as a property consultant, Aiming to exceed her client’s expectations to find the right property in the Pearl with a hassle-free experience. With her skills, experience and knowledge of the Qatari Market, Milena offers a combination of management, strategic planning and development skills within the Marketing department.
